• Waitlist. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit and which form you used (the opening page or the closing page).
• Checkout. Early-bird orders are completed on Commas at commas.com. Commas collects the details needed to process payment, such as your name, email, and payment information. We do not store your card number on this website.
• Site use. Our host and embedded tools may receive standard technical data, such as browser type, device, and pages viewed, so the site can load and the product video can play.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Keep you on the waitlist and tell you when Dermis launches.
• Operate, secure, and improve this website.
• Understand interest in Dermis Spectra.
• Respond if you contact us from the email you shared.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use waitlist emails to make claims about your health.

Who we share it with

We share information only with services that help us run the site:

• Supabase, which stores waitlist emails.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Vidalytics, which plays the product video.
• Commas, which processes early-bird checkout.

Those providers handle information under their own terms. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to tell you about the launch. Checkout records are kept by Commas as required for payment, receipts, and tax.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the email you submitted on the waitlist. Use that same email and contact us through the waitlist form on this site so we know where to reply. Checkout questions, including receipts and payment details, go through Commas using the receipt from your order.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted an email, contact us and we will delete it.

What this site is not

Dermis Spectra is an at-home skincare concept. This website does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a clinician.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the date above. The Terms of Conditions explain how you may use the site and checkout.
